I ordered $140 worth of perfume on September 28th, UPS lost my package and refuses to search for my package as only the sender (Pefumania) can start a search. Perfumania doesn't answer my e-mails and I don't want to call as I'm in Canada and it would cost a small fortune to call them and them I would be out even more money.
After reading other people's complaints it's apparent that Perfumania makes a habit of ripping people off and does nothing to rectify the issues.
I will stick to ordering from Fragrance.net in the future as I've never had a problem with them. Beware of this company!!
